About the service
We don't add AI just because it's fashionable: first we look at what your team spends hours on every day, and automate exactly that. The chatbot answers common questions and books clients, the assistant reads enquiries and documents and returns a ready answer – all based on your data and in your tone of voice.
Who it suits
- Businesses swamped by the same customer questions in messengers
- Teams where a manager manually copies enquiries from email into spreadsheets
- Stores and services that need support outside working hours
- Anyone who wants to try AI on one concrete task, not "in general"
What it solves
- A client writes at night, gets an answer only the next day, and goes to a competitor
- Half a manager's workday is the same answers, over and over
- Documents and enquiries are processed by hand, with mistakes and delays
- Off-the-shelf bots give generic answers and know nothing about your business
What's included
- Review of tasks and scenarios
- Chatbot on the site or in a messenger
- Works with your own data
- Integration with email and CRM
- Team training
- A month of support
How the work goes
- 01
Brief
We look at which tasks repeat every day and how much time they take.
- 02
Scenarios
We define exactly what the assistant does and where its scope ends.
- 03
Data
We prepare your knowledge base: services, prices, common questions, documents.
- 04
Development
We build the solution, test it on real conversations, and tune the tone.
- 05
Launch
We connect it to the site or messenger and show your team how to manage it.
Timeline: 10–20 days from the approved structure. Price: from $700 – depends on the number of scenarios – we fix the exact price after the brief.
Frequently asked questions
Will the bot make things up?
No. It works from your knowledge base, not from guesses: if it doesn't have an answer, it hands the conversation to a person. That's built into the design from the start.
Will our data end up in someone else's hands?
We work only with the data you give us and don't feed it into public models for training. Access is set up under your accounts – after launch, the keys and accounts stay yours.
What happens when the business changes?
We update the knowledge base and scenarios. Small changes are covered within the month of support; after that, by agreement, or we show you how to edit the answers yourself.
