Who we are
BARS.KO – a website studio. This site (barskoweb.com) is our showcase: here you can look at our work, browse services, and leave a request. For anything about your data, write to sitecreation.daria@gmail.com.
What data we collect
Just what you enter yourself in the request form: your name, a contact (phone, e-mail, or Telegram), and a project description. We don't collect data in the background or buy it from third parties.
Why, and for how long
We use the form data for one purpose – to answer your request and discuss the project. By submitting the form, you consent to processing this data under Ukraine's law "On Personal Data Protection". We keep it while we're in touch or working together; after that, we delete it at your request or on our own.
Where data is stored
Requests go through the form service of our hosting provider, Netlify (Netlify Forms), and land in our work inbox. Only the studio has access to them. We don't sell or pass your data to third parties.
Cookies
The site uses two technical cookies: one remembers that you've already seen the intro animation, the other – that you've dismissed the cookie notice. There's no analytics, ad trackers, or social media pixels on the site. You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings – the site will keep working as usual. If we ever add analytics, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent.
Your rights
You can ask at any time what data we hold about you, correct it, or request its deletion. One e-mail to sitecreation.daria@gmail.com is enough – we'll reply within a few business days.
Changes to this policy
If the policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes don't apply retroactively.
